Location: 8 east is located on the second floor of Circa Resort & Casino on Fremont St. Parking: $15 to park for 0-3 hours at the Mahal parking garage. You will cross the bridge from the parking garage to the casino. Security will check ID as Circa is a 21+ establishment. Dishes ordered: - green beans - pork belly baos - brisket fried rice - sizzling shrimp - Thai tea creme brulee - Asian tiramisu This was plenty of food for two people. The dishes came out pretty quick once we put in our order. The food was good because we were both pretty hungry. The only dishes that were memorable for us was the sizzling shrimp & bok choy and brisket fried rice. Cost: $111 with tip and tax for 6 items. My husband and I dined here because we had AMEX Resy credits to utilize. This helped us lower our overall out of pocket expense. Given the cost of parking and not all dishes were memorable, I’m not sure I’d return again. You are able to get better bang for your buck on Chinese / pan Asian food in Chinatown. This was pricey for the portion food that was offered.

Had an amazing dining experience at 8 East! The flavors were incredible from start to finish. We had the pork buns, soft and savory, the ramen was rich and comforting, and the steak fried rice was perfectly seasoned. To top it all off, the Thai tea creme brulee was the perfect balance of unique and delicious. Special shout out to Ricardo for his outstanding service, attentive, friendly, and made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and great hospitality!

Stopped in for a later dinner, around 9pm and had to wait about 10 minutes. I was worried that we'd have to wait longer so this was perfectly fine. The food was fantastic. Everything was fantastic. We had popcorn chicken skins, mushrooms, fried noodles, a green bean dish, and I believe pad thai. Server and staff were attentive and friendly. We will definitely come back again.

Wow delicious food, excellent service, bar tender gives right away suggestions and alternative for vegetarian dishes, menu is small the way I like it , food is fresh and tasty. Lots of cooks in the kitchen. Quick service. I had ramen with mushroom, bok choy, tofu, egg $20. Husband had fried rice with brisket $22. Very satisfying. Restaurant is on second floor in Circa Casino, in the back, small place, adults only. Make reservations: it’s busy. I’ll be going back for sure.

This is a cool casual spot in Vegas that I would highly recommend. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. We sampled quite a few of their small plates and they were amazing. Really top notch. Also compared to prices right on the strip, you can’t beat 8 East for taste or price!
