What a wonderful place to escape the busy streets. Very conveniently located on the rooftop of the hotel we are staying at. We are here both nights and it was fantastic. There are many Egyptian dishes on the menu making it easy to try different things in one place. The staff are always smiling and the communication in English was great too. Abu Zizo was attentive and welcomed us back on the second visit (he remembered us from the previous night). Other good reviews are not wrong. Very relaxed place on the rooftop overlooking the Nile with views across to the valley of the kings - lit up at night. Food is excellent and a lovely chilled atmosphere with kind staff (even when busy). For a vegetarian there is a lot of choice between traditional Egyptian dishes. The Mahshi, Feteer and Sambousa all excellent. Other customers all seemed happy as well. I would highly recommend a visit here whilst staying in Luxor. Found this place on google maps, if you can sit upstairs it’s such a nice rest from the chaos of the market. Abu Zizo was great at meeting all our needs. We ordered a variety of dishes from soups to grilled chicken, definitely recommend the kofta and the falafel is moist. I highly recommend a visit here.

Other good reviews are not wrong. Very relaxed place on the rooftop overlooking the Nile with views across to the valley of the kings - lit up at night. Found this place on google maps, if you can sit upstairs it’s such a nice rest from the chaos of the market. Abu Zizo was great at meeting all our needs. We ordered a variety of dishes from soups to grilled chicken, definitely recommend the kofta and the falafel is moist. I highly recommend a visit here.

Had a wonderful dining experience at this lovely spot in Luxor! The food was incredibly tasty and fresh – every dish felt thoughtfully prepared with high-quality ingredients. Prices were very reasonable, especially given the prime location. What truly elevated the experience was the stunning view of the Nile River, just steps away from the majestic Luxor Temple – absolutely unforgettable! A special shoutout to Abu Zizo for his warm and friendly service. He made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Honestly, the food here was even better than what we had at the popular Khufu restaurant in Giza. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Luxor!
