Super cool restaurant, with very very tasty food. We had dinner her two times, and breakfast once. All of it was superb... The family that runs it is super kind, helpful and smiling. Went twice for dinner since the food is that good! Such a relaxed family, very open. I really really want to push people to go here, because those amazing people deserve it! Very nice humble food with the service to match. Highly recommend to travellers who want authentic Egyptian food with rock bottom price. Felt embarrassed to pay when it was so low with such a food… The chef / owner and his daughter are very kind and welcoming. He speaks English well ( sorry my Arabic is almost non- existent). A must try if you are in Luxor.

Very nice humble food with the service to match. Highly recommend to travellers who want authentic Egyptian food with rock bottom price. Felt embarrassed to pay when it was so low with such a food… The chef / owner and his daughter are very kind and welcoming. He speaks English well ( sorry my Arabic is almost non- existent). A must try if you are in Luxor.

Rustic House serves authentic Egyptian food cooked in clay vessels in a wood fired oven This is proper home made food, cooked by the wife of one of the owners, and one of their daugthers helping with waiting I had the best tasting chicken of my two week Egypt tour here They use high quality ingredients, and the wood fired preparation, brings out the best flavor It is a peaceful spot on the less busy west bank of the Nile I sat and enjoyed shisha and tea with the owners on my last night in Luxor, two kind and thoughtful men The place is not fancy but the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is peaceful after long days in the temple Highly recommend!

We came here twice for breakfast it was so good! The restaurant is in a quiet part of town overlooking the river & fields. Delicious food and incredible value for money. I definitely recommend you go & visit for food, just ensure you have plenty of time 😊 (Also not pictured but included in the breakfast, salad and fresh fruit!)
