A lovely family-run restaurant located right next to the Karnak Temple. We found this place thanks to Google reviews and are so glad we chose to eat here. From the start, we were offered a bottle of water - free of charge. The staff clearly explained the available food and drink options: four dishes to choose from, including two vegetarian and two non-vegetarian. Everything was well-presented and easy to understand. The meals came with tasty side dishes and were fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. We finished with coffee and tea, enjoying the calm and relaxing atmosphere. Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised to find such an authentic local restaurant so close to a major tourist site - and with no trace of scams or tourist traps. Highly recommended!

After a long day of travelling from Hurghada, my friend and I were after a late lunch in Luxor before we explored Karnak Temple. This little oasis with trees, cats and wall art was a nice escape from the heat and chaos of streets of Luxor. Adam and his team were so inviting and welcoming, making sure we were comfortable, blasting the aircon and food recommendations. We ordered a meat and veggie dish, accompanied by dips and bread. Adam’s mother gave us complimentary soup. It was a delicious meal and lovely experience. Hospitality was 5 stars! Highly recommend.

The food was absolutely tasty, fresh and wonderfully authentic. We had a choice of non/vegetarian food made by the owners mum. We had starters, mains and dessert including drinks. The taste of the kofta and aubergine clay pot dishes made this one of the best food experiences of our trip so far. The juice was also deliciously fresh. Without prior planning and checking google reviews, I doubt we’d have gone to this place as we would not have spotted the garden space where the food was served so near the temple. Highly recommended!

Great food. Great staff. Great service. The cafe is in the backyard of an old building, but is designed well and has character. Recommended. The selection of food is limited though.

Exceptional service and food! This family-run restaurant delivers top-quality dishes with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They truly focus on customer satisfaction, offering both delicious meals and attentive service. Adam is exceptionally kind and speaks English very well, making communication easy for visitors. Please note, they only accept Egyptian pounds - but there’s an ATM nearby, and it’s absolutely worth withdrawing cash just to experience their food. A wonderful dining experience overall - this place is a hidden gem in the city! Very close to Karnak entrance, so you can relax there after whole day of exploring ancient temples.
