If this restaurant existed in Montreal, they’d sell out of ribs every day! The meal was great, the accras, boudin blanc, ribs and bream were all incredibly tasty. Every aspect of the meal was well seasoned, from the main element of the dish to the beans and rice. If you’re staying nearby, or even not, it’s worth the trip. Feel free to park on the grass as well, just dont block the sidewalk. My partner and I had the Colombo, she the fish and I the chicken. They were equally delicious although, if I were to nitpick they were both a bit heavy on the salt otherwise it would have been five stars. Great little restaurant, great service. Make sure to book, we waited an hour with cocktails to be served . The banana flambé did me ;) !

My partner and I had the Colombo, she the fish and I the chicken. They were equally delicious although, if I were to nitpick they were both a bit heavy on the salt otherwise it would have been five stars.

I had a very delicious creole dinner at Samuels heaven. Though the opening hours are not that many it is totally worth a visit. It was a very warm welcome and the hosts tried their best to communicate in English with me. Samuel as chef has a variety of dishes that are so well prepared you almost instantly get what you ordered. You can enjoy battle hardened finest creole cuisine. The flan coco is a coconut cake, served cold and it is truly awesome. So I would suggest having some space left for dessert. The tasty digestive you get maybe helps a little. If you have time a second visit is probably also worth considering. Thank you guys, it was a really pleasant and delicious stay at your place!
