I rarely, if ever take the time to write a google review, but this meal earned it. Hands down the best meal we had in Mauritius! The fried calamari was perfectly cooked, the seafood platter was fresh and full of flavor, and the banana flambé and pineapple flambé was the perfect sweet finale. The local Flying Dodo beer was cold and refreshing, and the Mauritius punch was dangerously delicious. To top it all off, the staff surprised us with a complimentary shot of house made vanilla rum — smooth, rich, and unforgettable. Unexpectedly very good restaurant. When you look from outside it doesn’t seem like but OMG! Best shrimps we had on the island were here and the food was so fresh and delicious. I would recommend it 100%. Very good prices as well. Staff very attentive but without being overwhelming.

A last minute change to our lunch venue (Green Island was the top choice recommendation) and we couldn’t have been happier! First timers here and we absolutely loved the food (see the pictures). Also special mention to the very attentive staff. The owner (Giovanni) came by to chat with us and we even got a first glimpse to the new location two doors down (beautiful design, roomier and more!). We are a bunch of ex-pats from Canada and our first time really exploring the east coast. Very worth the trip. Many gluten-free options on the menu! #GlutenFree Pro tip: check out the Palmar public beach. Underrated but no crowds nor overdeveloped.

Great food , super service, we ate the best calamari I've ever eaten , grilled to perfection, melt in mouth! You dont get calamari like this n india!!!! Fish & eggplant curry was 10/10 Must visit
