This is a high quality restaurant with according to.medellin standard is the highest I have encountered. Its not comparable to european or american standard. Very good food and drinks. The starter was my favourite and the desert was really good too. I hav a tostadas n tartar. Just wow. And pez palma to main. Really good and the sauce was top. And dor desert solterita. So delicious. Had two coctails, one for starter amd one for desert. I highly recommend this place. I am from sweden and my is Daniel Saka.

I had heard so many amazing things about Carmen Medellín, so I decided to give it a try. At first, there was only a waitlist available, but I showed up hoping for a last-minute table, and luckily, they had one for me! I had really high expectations after hearing great reviews, seeing it recently listed among the 50 Best Bars 2025, and having friends from ARCA Tulum recommend it and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment I sat down, the service was exceptional. Sebastián kindly welcomed me and shared the cocktail menu, every drink sounded creative, original, and full of Colombian character. I went for the B. C. E. since I’m a mezcal lover, and it was outstanding. When Julián came to the table, everything just got better. He walked me through the cocktail with so much enthusiasm and that detail with the ants was such a cool twist. His vibe, kindness, and passion for what he does took the experience to another level. For food, I ordered the Pez Palma, which was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, especially the coconut rice risotto, which was a dream. If you’re in Medellín, Carmen is an absolute must. Amazing food, creative cocktails, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back!

Honestly one of the best meals of my life. Our waiter, Julien, made the experience with excellent descriptions of the menu and great service. The food was incredible, unexpected but fantastic taste collaborations. The cocktails were equally delicious and surprising! Would definitely recommend to anyone in Medellin.

Amazing place! The food was special; they highlight ingredients that I didn’t know about. I had the tasting menu with paring; the drinks were even better. Service on point. I sat at the bar, and the bartenders were knowledgeable and had a great sense of hospitality. I would like to come back to order à la carte. I feel like there were some gems on the menu that I didn’t get the chance to try.

The entire place is stunning. We were seated next to the entrance, which wasn’t an issue and turned out to be the nicest spot inside the restaurant. We arrived for lunch with a reservation. We started with empanadas and salad, accompanied by two delicious mocktails. Everything was excellent. For the main course, I had a tender loin, and my partner chose the pork. Both dishes were bursting with flavor, generously served, and came with a side salad to share. The highlights of the lunch were the desserts. I opted for a banana split, which featured high-quality ice cream and sorbet. The best plantains were filled with caramel, making it insanely delicious and decadent. My partner had a meringue with ice cream, Pavlova style, topped with red berries. It was another hit. It’s a really good dessert. I would absolutely recommend it, and I think their dinner setting is just as nice.
