We had an incredible experience from start to finish. From the entrées to the mains, every dish was absolutely spectacular. The vibe of the restaurant was cozy and intimate, and the staff were truly welcoming. A special mention goes to Lucia , she made us feel completely at ease and kindly walked us through the menu and the specials with great professionalism. We dined à la carte and the food was exceptional in every detail. We felt genuinely taken care of and had a wonderful time celebrating our 9th anniversary. Highly recommended!

Palermo's is a must-visit if you are in Melbourne. Firstly, it has a nice atmosphere (be it a dinner with your partner, family, or friends). The food was simply delightful. The seasonal item, arancini, was a great start and I send my compliments to the chef (please consider it to be a permanent menu item). I had the lamb rump (one of the best lambs I have ever had) and papas (a tad bit salty for my tongue, but they were perfectly cooked and crisp). I ended with dessert, the alfajor, and it was perfect to end the meal. Laila, the staff member that served us, was absolutely brilliant, considering that we had many requests due to dietary and religious restrictions. She served us with a smile and her iconic phrase, "Of course." Keep up the outstanding work. Overall, Palermo's was a blast, and I would visit it again!

A wonderful place for a quiet dinner. The hosts are very hospitable and provide great recommendations. The food is very tasty and tastes fresh - gourmet. The decor transports you to a place that distances you from the crowd outside. Do check on the wines that go well with the food you are planning to order.

The place is quite huge inside and the food is top quality. Argentinian steak is one of my favourites because you'll get flavours from every part of the meat. The barramundi steak is also of the best quality. The meat is very sweet and is the best barramundi I've ever tried. The complementing sauce is very tasty too. The bluefin tuna entree is super delicious with the green sauce that makes you want to eat more and more. The carrot side dish is also a must order. Overall, the place is highly recommended if you are craving for a good steak place.

The steaks at Palermo are some of the best I’ve ever had. In particular, the porterhouse steak was really nice. The sides were also very good, including the papas, the bread and the empanadas. The staff were also very nice, particularly our server, who introduced us in and gave us valuable information. The atmosphere was also amazing, with the kitchen being visible, whilst the music also helped the experience. Overall, a great experience at Palermo. Would definitely recommend a visit.
