Such a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, as was the food and wine. We loved the 8 course meal, especially the two desserts. Everything was well balanced and cooked well. For the mains, the trout was a standout, which was unexpected with steak on the menu. Highly recommend! Did the tasting and it was delicious and the service was very attentive. Waiter and sommelier really took their time in explaining the entire experience from start to finish. I think it was our best food in Argentina (except of sous vide pork to be honest). Stylish and cosy. Superb service and fantastic sommelier, just speak to him to find the wine you prefer. Definitely highly recommended.

I think it was our best food in Argentina (except of sous vide pork to be honest). Stylish and cosy. Superb service and fantastic sommelier, just speak to him to find the wine you prefer. Definitely highly recommended.

Very lovely experience dining here! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was amazing! The Sommelier was also very kind and offered great recommendations for which wine would pair with our entrees. Also tried the mocktails which I would highly recommend.

We had a beautiful dining experience in Centauro! The service was spectacular: the great knowledge of the sommelier, the scrupulous attention of each and every waiter, all built up to an experience in which we felt very taken care of! We ordered one plate per person as we weren’t that hungry to try the tasting menu (although it sounded spectacular). We had to meat plates, which were amazing. I had the best steam of my life!! It was so juicy and tasteful! Portions were good for the type of restaurant. We will come back to try the tasting menu!
