The food here was incredible. Seriously, everything came out super fast, fresh, and full of flavor. For our first time visiting Casa Tua Cucina Brickell, the food alone made it feel like a great pick. The atmosphere was also really nice, clean, modern, and busy in a good way. If this review were only about the food and the environment, it would be an easy 5 stars. The part that unfortunately brought the experience down was our server, Ginna P. She was hands-down one of the most disconnected and uninterested servers I’ve ever had. From the moment she greeted us, she seemed annoyed, lifeless, and honestly like she didn’t want to be there. After taking our order, she never came back to the table, not once. No check-ins, no refills, nothing. We literally had to figure out how to pay on our own because she disappeared completely. What makes it worse is that they automatically add an 18% tip, which basically guarantees the servers get paid no matter the level of service they give. And with service like this, it feels frustrating to be forced to tip someone who didn’t do their job at all. It really took away from what was otherwise a great first visit. Overall, the food and atmosphere were amazing, and I actually would come back, just not if Ginna P is the server again. She completely ruined the service side of the experience, which is really disappointing given how good everything else was.

Outstanding food and a very nice environment. The wait staff seemed a bit annoyed for some reason, and it did affect the overall experience. The portion sizes are on the smaller side—not necessarily a problem, just something to keep in mind if you’re very hungry. The food itself is excellent, and the place is beautiful with a comfortable atmosphere for dining.

Casa Tua Cucina remains one of our Brickell rituals — elegant yet welcoming, always delivering beautiful food and atmosphere. The menu is beautifully wide yet curated, from fresh pasta and seafood to perfect salads and pastries. Everything tastes authentically Italian, beautifully executed, and consistent. A special praise to manager Davide. We were so happy to see him growing with the brand — he’s always been exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. Moments like this remind us why Casa Tua feels more than a restaurant — it’s a community of people who truly care about what they do.

Outstanding experience! Extremely fresh food, beautifully presented and full of flavor. The service was impeccable—kind, attentive, and very professional. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing; we felt right at home. One of the best restaurants we’ve visited. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back!

I have tasted better cardboard than the tasteless pizza served here. I. Might as well bought a frozen California pizza. My colleague got cacio e pepe which was an improvement. TIP IS INCLUDED BUT NOT SERVICE. There is a lot of staff that has not mastered time on task. If you make a suggestion or comment you are just blankly stared at but what else would they do the tip is included no matter what. The VERY GOOD RESTAURANTS in Miami don’t demand a forced tip. But if you like conveyor belt service then you will enjoy this place. This is definitely not my CASA TUA CUCINA. If you don’t speak Spanish you might want to skip this place. There is a nice “grocery store” here that features Italian fare.
