The view of the Mumbai skyline with the ocean as a backdrop is simply breathtaking — easily making this one of the best spots in the city for a sundowner. The vibe is always lively and the place tends to stay crowded with a top-class crowd, especially over weekends (celeb spotting is quite common!). The food is amazing, though a few dishes may not fully justify the premium pricing. However, the desserts are exceptional, definitely worth every bite. What really stands out is their hospitality — the staff is well-trained, polite, and attentive, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Overall, Bastion Dadar is a must-visit destination in the heart of Dadar — perfect for an evening out with friends, a date night, or simply to unwind over great views and good food.

Visited recently and had a great experience. The ambience is stunning — warm lighting, chic interiors and incredible city views that really elevate the vibe. The music and overall energy felt just right: lively but not overwhelming. Service was courteous and attentive throughout. The Lobster Roll, Gnocchi, Tacos, and Dimsum were standouts — fresh, well-balanced flavors and plated beautifully. The cocktails were another highlight; thoughtfully crafted and easy to enjoy without being too heavy. Overall, it’s the kind of place that’s great for a laid-back evening with friends or a special night out. A bit premium, but the experience justifies it. Would definitely go back.

Had a really good experience here! We got seats with a great view which made it even better. Highly recommend trying the Korean Paneer for vegetarians and the Prawns starter for non-veg lovers — both were excellent. The German Cake was absolutely delicious and a perfect choice if you’re planning a cake for any celebration. The drinks were average but decent. It’s a self-service setup where the staff brings the food, and you serve yourself. The only downside was that the music was too loud, making it a bit hard to have a conversation. Overall, a good place with great food and nice ambience. Would recommend!

Must visit when in mumbai. Breathtaking view from the 48th floor and rustic decor done v esthetically. Rs 2000 cover charge but we couldnt finish the amount when we went during the sundowner 5pm to 7pm slot. Do book in advance as the place is packed to the gills. Not crowded as its large and spacious. Food is just too good - we had the mocha coffee, the best nachos in mumbai, the awesome pull-down hazelnut chocolate ice cream cake. Presentation and service were also top notch.

Bastian Mumbai absolutely blew us away - the vibe, the music, the atmosphere… everything was electric! 🔥 But what truly made the night unforgettable was the incredible service from ROYAL. From the moment we arrived, he went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. When there was a mix-up with our table, he handled it with such professionalism, warmth, and genuine care - turning what could’ve been a hiccup into one of the highlights of our evening. We were seated at a window table with incredible views 🤩 His attentiveness, charm, and calm energy made us feel completely at ease and truly valued as guests. Royal, you’re a star! Thank you for making our night so special. We’ll 100% be back soon! 💫
