I had paneer tikka and pav bhaji and it was kind of okayish, if you are an Indian, you must request a high spicy level, otherwise you might find it a little less flavourful which i guess is suitable for international travellers. and the My recent dining experience at Taj Hotel Shamiyana was nothing short of exceptional! From the warm hospitality to the luxurious ambiance, every detail was perfectly executed. But what truly stood out was the incredible food and the personal care shown by the chef and staff. A heartfelt thank you to the chef for personally preparing some of the most delicious dishes I’ve ever had. The Mutton, Salmon (Ravas), Mutton Biryani, and especially the Chicken Tikka (made on special request) were all absolutely outstanding—bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and plated with elegance. You can truly taste the passion and expertise in every bite. The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Their attention to detail and warmth elevated the entire dining experience. The ambiance was elegant, calm, and beautifully designed—perfect for a relaxed yet refined evening. Thank you to the entire team at Shamiyana for going above and beyond. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of the chef’s amazing creations! My recent dining experience at Taj Hotel Shamiyana was nothing short of exceptional! From the warm hospitality to the luxurious ambiance, every detail was perfectly executed. But what truly stood out was the incredible food and the personal care shown by the chef and staff. Beautiful area and the best butter chicken I have ever had. The staff is very helpful and kind. It was a bit chaotic that several waiters were serving at our table, so the bill wasn't correct in the end, but they corrected it. The menu says which one has gluten in it and which food are gluten free.

Shamiana - a truly great place known for its ambience and food. They offer a wide variety of Indian and Continental dishes, along with an excellent selection of drinks. The staff is incredibly polite and humble, adding to the overall experience. Amazing taste, paired with the elegant ambience inside the iconic Taj Hotel - truly memorable
