I had the schnitzel with peppercorn sauce and my husband had the mushroom sauce. It was delicious and I felt I was eating an excellent example f this German staple. Be aware they don’t take bookings and I thinks the Germans earlish so plan your arrival accordingly. We arrived at 19:15, there were 7 people in front of us who assured us it was worth the wait. We got in at 19:55 and it would have been later if the 3 people in front of us hadn’t let us sit at the 6 person table. If we had known we would have gone for a drink and arrived at 20:15 when the queue was practically gone. We had 2 beers each. Service was quick and v friendly. Schnitzel central! Schnitzel central! This place has so many different kinds of schnitzel. We got the Bavarian schnitzel and it was fantastic. Best in town. The spaztle was also very traditional and yummy. I also really loved the pancake soup. Can't go wrong here!

Schnitzel heaven! Huge range of schnitzels in a lovely outside courtyard under large parasols. Lots of other dishes as well. Good service. Cash only tho. Also the schnitzels are HUGE - really can share one between two. We had to leave lots as ordered one each.

Excellent food and extremely large portions. There is a large selection of schnitzels to choose from, despite the English menu description seemingly same, one can actually taste the difference in marinade. The pork wasn't dry, and the included side (I chose potato-cucumber salad) paired well with the cutlet. The prices were a lot cheaper than some restaurants closer to the city center, not to mention bigger portions. Depending on one's appetite, might want to share a portion, to leave room for dessert, which I unfortunately didn't leave room for. A must visit for those craving schnitzels!

Huge portion and delicious food. Would be great if they start accepting card payments, almost got embarrassed because somehow I missed the "only cash" sign on the door. So, if u r like me, bring the cash with u.
