We’ll get on the car and first drive to the famous Corinth Canal. I will give you information about its history and take a lot of photos. Second stop will be the ancient Theater of Epidaurus. This construction is known to be the most perfect sample of an ancient theater in Greece and one of the most amazing ones in the world, from a symmetry and perfect acoustics point of view. we will do an acoustic experiment and explain the connection of theater to medical science in the ancient years. Next stop will be the picturesque and seaside city of Nafplio, the first capital of modern Greece. We will explore together the old city and discover its hidden beauties, talking at the same time about its history. We will see the historic buildings, the squares and Palamidi, the castle above the city. Then there is the possibility of lunch in the old town. Finally we will visit the archaeological site of Mycenae where we will admire the tombs of the Kings, the great Walls and the museum.

We cooperate with 2 families who are located 40 min drive from Nafplio in a mountainous village, 700 meters altitude. The village is one of the highlights in our region where locals hang out and where you can eat authentic , village food. One family has a restaurant-local tavern and the other one owns a home with a wooden oven.What we are going to do; We drink fresh water at the spring fountain at the village square while we do an introduction about this place.
