My fiancé and I stumbled on this place while exploring the neighborhood, and I’m still thinking about the food. We sat at the bar and got great recs from the bartender (shout out to Marcus!). I had the pork tenderloin with apple chutney and a creamy potato gratin on the side. It was comfort food taken to a whole new level. We shared a slice of carrot cake after and I legit wanted to lick the plate. Everyone around us seemed just as happy. This isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a vibe. I’m not sure what I was expecting when we made a reservation here, but this place blew me away. The atmosphere was both upscale and relaxed, which is rare. We sat outside on the patio under string lights — such a vibe. I got the duck confit and my friend tried the vegetarian tasting menu. Both were outstanding. Also, big shoutout to their cocktail list — the “Rosemary Smash” was probably the best cocktail I've had all year. The waiter gave excellent wine pairing suggestions too. Overall, just a really classy experience without being pretentious. A nice traditional restaurant. The food is always good and a definite bargain for the price. Hot and flavorful. I’m not sure what I was expecting when we made a reservation here, but this place blew me away. The atmosphere was both upscale and relaxed, which is rare. A nice traditional restaurant. The food is always good and a definite bargain for the price. Hot and flavorful. The young ladies at the cashier can be abrupt and sometimes rude.
