I had a great meal while exploring Dotonbori! I got the garlic fried rice and a meat skewer from the side stall they set up for those walking by. There are many cuts of Kobe beef you can choose from if you aren’t into rice dishes and just want to taste the grilled beef. The chef who prepared the meal (Y. Matsumoto) even asked after I finished my thoughts on it from an American perspective, as the flavor palate might be different. While there might be many places on this street that sell meat skewers, I would recommend this one. Absolutely the best KOBE beef we have tasted. They deserve a 6-Star. The meat literally melts in your mouth. Chef Miyanohara is amazing! His cooking skills and service are PAR EXCELLENCE. He speaks excellent English. Enjoyed watching how he lovingly cooked our meal, and explained to us how to best taste the freshness of the KOBE beef. Will definitely come again. I visited with my parents. Absolutely the best KOBE beef we have tasted. They deserve a 6-Star. The meat literally melts in your mouth. Chef Miyanohara is amazing! His cooking skills and service are PAR EXCELLENCE. Memorable experience. Delicious Kobe steak. My first Kobe beef, it melts in your mouth, imagine something the texture of half beef, half cotton candy, it’s difficult to describe, but amazing. Im happy I ate here. Friendly staff. Professional and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I had the premium steak skewer. It was cooked on the flattop, cut, then put on the skewer. It was awesome! They offer salt, and aka if you want sauce. I asked for extra salt on the side too. Be aware, the salt they offer is a salt and pepper mix, so if you want salt only you will have to bring your own shaker. Definitely recommend stopping when you’re on this street. Best looking beef I saw on the whole street!
