My family and I had breakfast at Tapron’s every morning while staying at the hotel. Our experience there on multiple occasions was consistently amazing. The manager, Shalandria always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. You can tell she takes pride and what she does. Her customer service was impeccable. The food was always presented beautifully and tasted delicious. Thanks so much for the hospitality, we will definitely be back.

The waitress was super nice and funny. While we waited for our food we got to see the sun set on the water and take pictures; the parking was easy and had a great view. I got the fried shrimp and it was DELICIOUS! my friends were all impressed with the food and variety of options.

Located in the open area of the Indigo hotel main floor. The frittata was pretty good. The sides like the sausage and bacon were the standard packaged versions of these. Also had options for typical 2 egg variation breakfasts. It is the only option for 6:30am breakfast in the area I’m aware of. The second day we arrived at 6:30 to get an early start for our drive home but there was some sort of issue where they didn’t open until 7am.

I absolutely love our Tarpons Restaurant at Hotel Indigo, Panama City FL. Our Executive Chef Ardolt is super awesome. Our Sever Randall is wonderful. 5 STAR + Rating!!!

Have been to this place twice now. Both times, I’ve been given a glass that was dirty and had obvious lipstick marks. The first time, the waitress grabbed another glass, wiped it with her shirt, and then poured the liquid from one glass to another. The second instance was 7/4/25- I ordered a bbq flatbread and a water. The flatbread was fantastic and the waiter kind, but again my water glass (pictured) had lipstick stains on it that were clearly not mine. I brought it up to the staff and while they were sympathetic the most they offered was a To-go cup of water. I also brought it up to the supervisor on site and showed them a picture of the glass. I was thanked for reporting it and they said sorry that happened, but to me that’s a poor resolution , especially when I stated that this was the second time that it’s happened. This is honestly disgusting and sickening- I’m sure I’m not the only one that’s had this experience. If I go back I’ll order food but no more drinks, not even water- I’ll be lucky if I don’t get sick now drinking from an unwashed glass. For a nice hotel this is poor service. I’m rating my overall experience a three because the staff was kind, but there’s a lot to be done to make this up to par.
