Uncle Ernie’s was great! This was the first time for us to eat here since we usually eat in Panama City Beach. This time, we decided to come into Panama City around the port area and give Uncle Ernie’s a shot. Well, they didn’t disappoint!!!! The food was great and the atmosphere may have been even better. It was a great change of pace and we will definitely be back. We did go closer to closing time so parking was not bad. I would anticipated going other times would present a parking challenge. Also, the prices here are high than usual, so don’t come here if you are looking for something cheap! Finally made it to Uncle Ernie’s on the bay in the St. Andrews Marina area. Wow! This is not just a restaurant but a beautiful destination. This restaurant brings classic high end feel when you walk in the door with a nautical touch playing to its history and location. It was a beautiful evening and the perfect temp to eat outside. Uncle Ernies has plenty of beautiful outdoor seating with incredible views of the bay, marina and Sunset. We were escorted from the front entrance up to the 2nd floor through some stairs and a few turns winding us to the most spectacular view. After being seated we were greeted by a lovely young lady with a beautiful smile, professional welcome with the feel she was happy to see us. All the servers we encountered we full of smiles and professional, friendly and southern warmth. The menu was wonderful. Lots of choices especially seafood. We started with an appetizer of Coconut Shrimp. I love this dish but this was by far the best I have ever had. Fresh. For dinner we ordered the Lobster Tails with cole slaw. Accompanied by fresh bread with olive oil dipping. They do have a full bar but the wonderful takeaway was the fresh mocktail options. So nice to enjoy a cocktail without the alcohol when you want something different. It’s nice to have those options. The evening was topped off with the most amazing view of the sunset. Uncle Ernies is perfect for everyone. From families with children to a romantic dinner for two. The prices are on the higher end but fair for the quality. We spent a little over $100 with two mocktails, shared appetizer and entree. We were also entertained by a musician which added to the ambience and enjoyment of the evening. There was plenty of parking and a lovely green space with swings and views of the bay. I highly recommend Uncle Ernie’s I stopped by after a local recommended this place, and I’m glad I did! I had the watermelon cucumber margarita and the blackened chicken Alfredo—both were delicious. The margarita was super refreshing and paired really well with the spice in the chicken. The atmosphere was beautiful and inviting, and the servers I had were absolutely amazing—friendly and attentive. Coming from the Jersey Shore, I found the prices a bit on the higher side compared to what I’m used to, but with the quality, service, and vibe, I can’t really complain. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

Yum. We have been here before, came again tonight, and will be back. Sautéed crab claws ($30), shrimp/grits, chicken/pesto/penne (so tender). Thank you for the great service at the bar ladies. Plenty of free parking. Fun area otherwise to be in (water view). Sean and Eric have a good thing going here.

My favorite place we ate during our stay in PCB, the smoked tuna dip was the best I’ve ever had! Steak, lobster and shrimp were all cooked perfectly with great flavor. The deserts were great as well, key lime pie was tart and not too sweet and the strawberry cheesecake was a dream! Loved that it was by the water and had a pretty view of the sunset sitting outside. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in the area!
