An unforgettable dining experience — true edible art. We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Quiven Patagonia Kitchen House, and it was truly one of the most magical dining experiences we’ve ever had. We chose the 8-course tasting menu, and every single dish was inspired, thoughtful, and absolutely delicious — true edible art. One standout was the mushroom course — a love letter to Bariloche itself — layered with depth and earthiness that felt both nostalgic and elevated. And the reimagined beef Wellington with a spicy mole? Hands down the best mole I’ve ever had. The creativity in each plate was remarkable, and every bite told a story. While the food alone could justify the rave review, the service is what took the evening from exceptional to unforgettable. We’re not fluent Spanish speakers, yet our server navigated the language gap with patience, kindness, and genuine warmth. He never made us feel rushed or embarrassed — instead, he took time to help us understand, and made us feel completely at ease. Quiven isn’t just dinner — it’s an experience. If you’re looking for a place where culinary artistry, hospitality, and atmosphere come together seamlessly, this is it. We will be talking about this night for a long time

Chef Quiven and his 2 sous chefs have put in an incredible amount of detail in each of his innovative creations in his surprise 8-course meal. Every stage of the exquisite meal was an artistic work of creativity combined with flavours, colours, textures, aroma and beauty! This restaurant deserves at least a Michelin Star 🌟 for the menu, wine pairing, acoustic music ambience, and excellent staff service of attentiveness, professionalism, and deep product knowledge 🤩🤩🤩

Warm, friendly and very personal atmosphere and service! Amazing food, exceeding all expectations! Imagine that the taste was topping the presentation, which was already one of a kind! Also a perfect wine recommendation for sophisticated wine lovers!

Me and my partner enjoyed the whole experience. The service, the plates, the presentation & most importantly, the taste and flavours of each plate made us emotional. We are both part of the hospitality industry, and we both agreed that dinning at Quiven was the best culinary experience we had. Facundo was a pleasure to talk to and informed us from the story of the place to each and every course. The plates themselves were magical, each to its own way. Chefs were very professional and a big Bravo to the whole team. 10/10.
