truly enjoyed dining here. The food was delightful, beautifully prepared, and full of rich flavours that made the entire experience memorable. Each dish was presented with care, from the creamy pasta to the perfectly grilled meat and the refreshing, colourful beverages. The desserts were also impressive, offering a lovely balance of taste and texture that completed the meal wonderfully. What made the experience even better was the excellent service. The staff were courteous, attentive, and consistently made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Their warm hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere, allowing us to enjoy our time comfortably and without any rush. The restaurant’s ambience was charming as well, with elegant décor and a peaceful setting that enhanced the overall dining experience. Overall, I am very pleased with my visit. The combination of delicious food, thoughtful presentation, friendly service, and a cosy environment made it a truly enjoyable outing. I would be happy to return again in the future and would gladly recommend this place to others who appreciate good food and great service.

This place is opposite the Michelin starred Jawi House Cafe and Restaurant. It deserves to be busier. We had the Fish Assam set the spicy seafood spaghetti, and two drinks. Very well priced, very tasty and great unhurried service. The decor is quite cut too. Don't be put off because from the outside it looks like a fast food place, but, inside it isn't and the food is great. I really recommend this place. Yes, I went to Jawi House too, so you can read that review as well!

I ordered the mantau buttermilk clam, and it tastes rich, flavorful, and the curry leaves added a nice touch without being overwhelming. My only letdown was that some clams shell (about 4–5) didnt open. Overall, it was an enjoyable dish. Teh tarik however was flat and just okay

Food quality is nice and affordable in general. But the service is not meet standard, maybe because too crowded at Labor day. When we came, staff did not put the dish to eat, then later when we have rice to share, we ask for small bow but staff said just use dish. In addition, they brought dessert, the fry banana with ice cream at the same time with main course and it melt But in general. It’s great place

Sutera Restaurant offers a great mix of local and Western dishes. I tried the chicken buttermilk, which was rich and creamy, perfectly balanced with acar, tangy chili, and fragrant yellow rice. The lemongrass tea was super refreshing—just what I needed in the Penang heat. A lovely spot to enjoy flavorful food with a cozy atmosphere!
