This establishment certainly exceeded expectations. The decor is visually appealing, and the service is truly exceptional; I have rarely encountered a restaurant where the staff is so attentive to the patrons' requirements. Furthermore, they appear to take great pride in maintaining a tidy environment, as demonstrated by their prompt folding of napkins when a member of our party briefly stepped outside. They also thoughtfully adjusted the fan to prevent our food from cooling while we were away. Additionally, the provision of mouthwash in the restrooms was a unique touch. I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

This place was incredible! The food is homemade and delicious. I got the fettuccine Alfredo and it was made tableside in a cheese wheel and was delicious with in house made pasta. They pay attention to tiny details which really made the atmosphere. The service was superb. Everyone was kind and attentive, their English was perfect, and they add little things like a friendship bracelet tradition that makes them unique. They also give homemade truffles at the end of your meal and those were SO GOOD!!!

Highly recommend this restaurant, the service is exceptional Jesus and Santiago took really good care of us. The food was delicious and the dessert was a good touch to end the meal. The restroom mirror is the perfect backdrop for a mirror pic. Super instagramable too.

Really beautiful restaurant, great staff and service. But the food is ok. Definitely overpriced for the quality of the food.

I usually enjoy coming to Nicolleta Restaurant with my wife and kids, and we often request Ricardo, who is always an excellent server. Unfortunately, my visit last night was very disappointing, especially considering it was a slow night. Our server was inattentive, and when I placed my usual order, he brought me a completely different dish that had cheese in it (I never eat cheese). When I pointed out the mistake, instead of acknowledging it, he argued with me and insisted I had ordered chicken risotto—a dish I’ve never ordered before. I always order the same meal, so it was frustrating and disrespectful to be argued with rather than listened to. The manager eventually got involved, and the server corrected the order, but the replacement dish came out missing the protein. When I addressed that, they quickly added chicken, but it looked like it had been microwaved or boiled in a rush. I asked the manager about it since I always receive grilled chicken with my order, and I was told they don’t have a grill. That explanation made no sense when the menu clearly lists grilled steaks and grilled shrimp. At that point, I was done with the experience. Even though some items were comped, I still tipped 20%. But the fact that both the server and manager failed to honestly acknowledge the mistake—and even tried to cover it up—left me with a very bad impression. This was not the level of service I’ve come to expect from Nicolleta.
