While celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in Prague, we had the joy of dining at Restaurant Mlýnec and it was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed. It was simple, heartfelt, and turned a wonderful evening into something truly meaningful. A night we’ll always remember. I ordered 3 appetizers + 1 main dish. Overall, the dinner was satisfactory. The salad, the smoked eel and roasted foie gras were good. The duck confit used BBQ source which was a bit confusing to me but the texture was okay. The free bread were pretty good, with a nice variety of flavors and textures. The main drawback was the obvious slowdown of serving next dishes after I finished the first 2 appetizers; the 3rd and 4th dish were served 1 hour after I finished my 2nd dish. I ordered 3 appetizers + 1 main dish. Overall, the dinner was satisfactory. The salad, the smoked eel and roasted foie gras were good. The duck confit used BBQ source which was a bit confusing to me but the texture was okay. The free bread were pretty good, with a nice variety of flavors and textures. The main drawback was the obvious slowdown of serving next dishes after I finished the first 2 appetizers; the 3rd and 4th dish were served 1 hour after I finished my 2nd dish.

We had reserved a table in advance and, per our request, were seated by the window with a lovely view of the bridge. It made the evening even more special. We had dinner at the restaurant and really enjoyed our evening. Everything was delicious, and the service was great. We ordered the course menu and loved every dish ,especially the veal schnitzel, which was absolutely amazing! We also really enjoyed the atmosphere and the cocktails. We’ll definitely come back again!

We started dinner with cocktails. Both their seasonal specials and regular cocktails. We tried the veal tartar the fois gras, the mixed salad which we found delicious. Zdenek our server recommended a delicious Czech wine for dinner. For dinner he recommended the venison which I had it was delicious. My friend had the scallops and shrimp which did not disappoint. Another friend had the mushroom risotto which was one of the best ones she had ever had. Although we were full we shared the coconut crème brûlée for dessert which was a perfect finish. So good we almost asked for a doggie bag for the last 2 spoonfuls.
