So freaking insanely good. It was our last night in Prague, and we went here on a whim. Just phenomenal food. Quiet, beautifully decorated and 10/10 food. It is somehow even more delicious than it looks. I see why they have so many stellar reviews! There are many restaurants everywhere you turn and this one definitely stands above the rest. Very busy restaurant that if you don’t have reservations you will be turned away. The food is excellent. Both in flavor and presentation. Staff was all friendly and worked as a team taking care of us. Nothing but positive things to say. Great experience. The waiter service was great, we were perfectly advised in the selection of wine. The food was excellent. I recommend trying this place and I will definitely come back when I can.

Very busy restaurant that if you don’t have reservations you will be turned away. The food is excellent. Both in flavor and presentation. Staff was all friendly and worked as a team taking care of us. Nothing but positive things to say.

We truly believe SOVA is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Old Town Prague. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated with exceptional care. To start, we had the pumpkin soup with feta cheese and mushrooms — a deliciously comforting dish that set the tone for the evening. For our mains, we enjoyed the turkey breast with a creamy cashew sauce and the veal cheeks with mashed potatoes. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Dessert was just as impressive. We tried the dark beer ice cream and the sour cream with salted caramel and Parmesan crumble — both unique and outstanding, though I’d give a slight edge to the latter for its surprising and delightful contrast of flavors. The service was excellent throughout the evening. The all-female staff was friendly, attentive, and consistently made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. SOVA exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely return if we find ourselves in Prague again. Highly recommended!

Such a great surprize! ( underrated for sure ) Very delicate and relaxed atmosphere. The food was amazing, traditional but with the modern look. The taste was a journey for each dish. We enjoyed a cold salad and then the 2 traditional dishes. The desert comes with a bit of a show with all the carbonic ice. So it’s guaranteed fun because the presentation and the service is on point. They explain everything in details and they are very warming and kind. Thank you guys for the experience! Good luck ahead!
