We went to Eter for a friends birthday and our server was great but the food took over 40 minutes to come out and that was after waiting a long time for our appetizer. Then the food was cold and underdone (one of us ordered the $45 lobster risotto, it was crunchy and hard, not even remotely done), the manager came to our table and told us he would take care of a part of our bill. The server apologized profusely and then when the bill came the manager hadn't taken anything off. When we approached him about it he said he never said that he would do that! He flat out lied to our faces! It was terrible. Then he came back to the table and offered to buy us two rounds of drinks if we came back the next night. Why would we come back and waste two more hours of our life on crappy food and not all of us even drink! I felt so bad for my friend having a crappy birthday dinner and experience. The only saving grace here was our sweet server. The view was so amazing on our 1st night in Puerto Rico that we came back on our last night. The view was so amazing on our 1st night in Puerto Rico that we came back on our last night. We didnt have a reservation but was able to get a table in the time it took to take the elevator to the roof. As soon as we got off the elevator we were welcomed by staff and sat at a table. The food was amazing both nights and we will definitely be coming back in future trips

I went to this location for my birthday the other day while vacationing in PR. Very intimate, very relaxed and beautiful views. My first dish I ordered was an, appetizer it did have a piece of hair in it, they remade the food. Dinner was fulfilling as well. Only downfall was the bottled water which was $7. Yes I would definitely return

Such a beautiful place! We had Jenny as our server and she was amazing! The food, the drinks and the views were amazing!! We also spoke with Javier and he was very nice as well! I definitely recommend stopping here
