my fiancée and i aren’t super into seafood but we tried mussels, tuna carpaccio and shrimp ceviche. SOOO GOOD. the ceviche made the perfect beachside snack the next day. everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. would definitely recommend this place. we heard great things about this place from locals so we had to check it out and we were very happy with the results. the beginning tostadas and salsas were out of this world amazing (and free).

Shoutout to Angel and Arely for excellent service. Our flight got cancelled so we came here for dinner. Atmosphere is great. Food is unique and well priced compared to what you would pay for in the US.

We were so lucky to find this place. I hadn’t had any food in Puerto Vallarta that wowed me until we went to Campomar. Omg! Everything was delicious with very generous portions. I had the shrimp ceviche, octopus which was served with rice and a salad. I ordered the cornbread for dessert. All of the food was so good that I did not want to stop eating. The service was impeccable. We had the pleasure of having Luis and Axel serve us. We will definitely be visiting again.

Campomar is a true hidden gem with a long-standing reputation since 1979 — and it definitely lives up to it. We were genuinely impressed by the wide variety of fresh seafood dishes, each one prepared with great attention to flavor and presentation. From ceviches to grilled fish, shrimp, and octopus — the menu satisfies all tastes. The cocktails and drink options are just as impressive, perfectly matching the coastal, tropical vibe of the place. The atmosphere is what really sets Campomar apart. Despite the place being full of people, it remains calm, classy, and well-organized. No loud voices or chaos — just polite guests enjoying their meals in peace. The service is warm, professional, and efficient. It feels like a refreshing stop between the forest and the beach — cool air, greenery, and a relaxed ambiance that makes you want to stay longer. Whether you come for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you’ll feel like you’ve chosen something truly special. Highly recommended if you appreciate quality, elegance, and flavor!

Hey there, this is GeniePam 🧞‍♀️ visiting from Dubai 🇦🇪 originally from 🇲🇽 with my partner in crime from 🇩🇪 This is one of my favorite spots in Puerto Vallarta, the food is amazing, service is very attentive & the seafood is super fresh. The experience starts right when you arrive and get a complimentary coconut (hoping the still have). The aguachile negro is amazing and one unexpectedly delicious dish is the “chicharron de pescado”. Make sure you have a carajillo at the end of your meal, as a classic way of ending it!
