I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We had an unbelievable meal - every plate was better than the last! One of the best I’ve ever had. The service was equally perfect - the attention to detail, the recommendations and assistance, and the special birthday surprise made it overall an amazing evening. Thank you to the staff and chef!

Exceptional food, quality and service. We got to meet the chef and he was so gracious and welcoming. Loved everything we had on the tasting menu and drink pairings were excellent. This place deserves some Michelin stars!

This was my second visit to Tintoque (my first was at the Marina), and the new location feels like something out of a fairy tale. The lighting along the river and trees is stunning, and the restaurant itself is beautifully appointed with memorable details, like the birds singing in the restroom. The staff are well presented and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was exquisite; every bite was out of this world. The fusion cuisine is the most creative I’ve seen in Vallarta. I highly recommend Tintoque for a romantic dinner or special occasion.

We have been loyal patrons of this restaurant since its inception when it was located at the Marina. We have witnessed its growth and success. Chef Joel's passion for food has consistently elevated the culinary experience. The food and beverages are exceptional, complemented by impeccable service. We make it a point to dine at his restaurant whenever we are in town. With the resumption of the brunch service, we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to savor the delectable offerings.
