This is truly a hidden gem in Punta Cana. Fausto the Chef is an amazing chef and gentleman. He was gracious allowing us to stay a little after they closed without issue. Emmanuel was great waiter. The food and appetizers were excellent. You WILL NOT be disappointed coming here. Highly recommend. Thank you gentleman for the hospitality. We found this hidden gem near the Airbnb we were staying. It is near the downtown marketplace and for convenience this one has its own parking space! We are always very cautious where we eat for dinner and always read everyone's google reviews and this one is no exception. When we came inside we were greeted with full pleasure and the table setting looks very elegant. We first ordered the Croquette Garlic Chicken and it was phenominal! Our main dish was the Land and Sea Paella, which was served still on the cooking pan for authentic experience. The presentation of the Paella was beautiful and the taste was also phenominal and delicious! Overall, this is a very authentic experience for us and we had enjoyed every bite of our dinner. We found this hidden gem near the Airbnb we were staying. It is near the downtown marketplace and for convenience this one has its own parking space! We are always very cautious where we eat for dinner and always read everyone's google reviews and this one is no exception. When we came inside we were greeted with full pleasure and the table setting looks very elegant. We first ordered the Croquette Garlic Chicken and it was phenominal! Faus is a great host and Chef here at Lolita. Spanish food served with care in this vibrant food market in Bavaro Punta Cana. Good service as always. I had a very tasty and fresh hamburger...amazing paella and pulpo! Going back for the black ink paella!!! Must try
