Excellent restaurant at the Mall in Punta Cana. The cocktails are very well made and the food is top tier. I had the cheese wheel pasta, delectable. The rock shrimp are always a good choice. Will definitely come back.

This was not my first time in SBG Punta Cana, it’s a very friendly place, the food is great and the staff is wonderful and welcoming. I have been there many times and I highly recommend it as a great restaurant, do not forget to bring enough money 🤩🔥. It is not expensive but a dinner for 2 can cost 100 bucks or more it really depends on what you plan to eat there. It is a great place ! 🫶🏿

I came with my parents and we loved it!! We did get lost trying to find the place but it was worth it. The service was top tier, they were super attentive, informational and accommodating!! Our server Bernie was great and personable. He took care of us the entire time. The food was really good but the only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars because the dessert could’ve been better & getting lost part. Otherwise I had an amazing time and I highly recommend trying it out!

We recently visited SBG Punta Cana with high expectations, having made an advanced reservation for a large group of 23 guests. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what we had hoped for. From the outset, the service was noticeably inadequate. Despite our large party and prior arrangements, the restaurant assigned just one waiter to manage our entire table. There was no additional support from the staff until we voiced our concerns — at which point some assistance was finally provided. However, by that time, the evening had already taken a frustrating turn. The waiter between courses was excessively long. Drinks, appetizers, and main dishes came out slowly and inconsistently, with many of the meals delivered to the wrong diners. Several dishes arrived cold and had to be sent back, only adding to the delay and discomfort. What was meant to be a celebratory dinner turned into a nearly four-hour ordeal overshadowed by the evident stress of the overburdened server and a general lack of coordination from management. It was difficult to enjoy the evening while watching the staff struggle under poor planning. SBG Punta Cana may have a strong reputation for its cuisine and ambiance, but in our case, the lack of preparedness for group service and the overall poor execution left us disappointed.
