Great environment Excellent customer service, love the treatment from the staff. You can tell them so they sing along a happy birthday song and bring a huge piece of cake! Honestly I loved all, definitely I’m gonna be back. A previous reservation is recommended since is inside of Hard Rock Resort but you can also just and pass by, there’s plenty of tables.

We’ve been staying nearby and enjoyed several meals at Ventanas. The menu provides a wide variety of cuisine to choose from and anything you order will made from scratch and cooked to perfection. All of the staff are so friendly and energetic. We can’t wait to come back with empty stomachs. Do not pass up an opportunity to dine here!

Perfect getaway restaurant. The view of the golf course is awesome in the day and serene at night. Everyone we've encountered was friendly and the service is great. The food is flavorful, you can tell the chef was mindful of the presentation because it was lovely. If it's not on the menu doesn't mean you can't have it. They have been gracious enough to prepare food that was customized for our palate. Once again it did not disappoint. The decor is just as photos I've seen. And the atmosphere is inviting, I guess this is due to the music being played, it's a variety of songs from all over, everyone better than the last. Overall if you're ever in the area, you'll enjoy the view, food, decor, nature and experience as we have. Plan a visit, and experience this wonderful restaurant.

We literally ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this restaurant ..the service was always perfect and their staff is so attentive and nice. The food is delicious and the price is amazing for being in the Hard Rock. You have an entire view of the Hard Rock golf course, and the breeze coming through.. it's a beautiful experience..and you absolutely have to visit when you come to Punta Cana.. you will be glad you did. Really, If this was in Florida it would be my go-to restaurant.

Not only was the scenery in the restaurant amazing, but the food was also heavenly!!! Everything we tried was top tier and they continued to outdo themselves. This was definitely one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had!! The way they quickly improvised to accommodate for their customers was amazing and brilliant!! My family and I ate our Lunch & Dinner at this restaurant due to the overall experience as a whole being amazing! The service we received was exceptional!! Not only was it warm and welcoming, our server Miller made sure we shared many laughs over drinks and would do it all over again for my next visit to punta cana :). 1000/10 would highly recommend the next person to lunch-in ( the last 2 photos ) and or dine-in ( first 4 photos ) at this restaurant.
