We came to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. Had a wonderful waiter- David. He made the experience better than the year before! The only thing I would say, is to pay attention to the reservations that are made when someone is trying to celebrate something and put it in the notes on the reservation. David made it great when he found out why we were there, which I deeply appreciate. We plan to continue to go for future anniversaries!

As someone who lived in Brazil for 13 years, I can confidently say that Fogo de Chão in Quito delivers an authentic Brazilian churrasco experience that rivals—if not surpasses—many locations in the U.S. and even stands proudly alongside the best in Brazil itself. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is elegant yet warm, and the service is absolutely top-notch. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. The selection and quality of the meats are outstanding—each cut is cooked to perfection and served with that familiar Brazilian flair that brought me right back to my time in São Paulo. The Market Table is fresh, colorful, and thoughtfully curated, offering a perfect balance to the richness of the churrasco. And the pão de queijo? Just like home. What truly impressed me was how well this location captures the spirit of Brazilian hospitality while maintaining a refined, upscale feel. It’s rare to find a churrascaria outside of Brazil that gets it this right. Fogo de Chão Quito is more than a meal—it’s a celebration of flavor, culture, and tradition. Highly recommended for anyone craving a genuine Brazilian experience in Ecuador. I’ll absolutely be back!

Excellent Service Great Complimentary drinks Picaña 3,5/10 Amazing Vacio, Lomo Fino, Bife Ancho, Costilla Res y de Cerdo. Awesome Piña Rostizada, Banano Frito and cheese with honey. Beautiful Papaya Sorbet as dessert. Maya supervisor and Michelle waitress Were very attentive, professional And welcoming. We will definitvwly come back.

Chef Carlos and Waitress Michelle did an outstanding job in Food Preparation, the whole dinner, salad bar included was top quality. Importantly the main course Salmon was Spot On, the right -al punto- medium rare term. Everything was excellent, right, top, also the service. I’ll be back! Highly Recommended! Thanks
