While Rinas is small, getting around requires some planning. Taxis are readily available from Tirana International Airport (TIA), which is very close, and can take you directly into the village for a few euros. Renting a car offers the most flexibility for exploring the wider area, but parking in Rinas itself can be limited. Local buses do service the main road, but routes and schedules can be infrequent, making them less reliable for tourists. For a truly local experience, consider arranging a ride with a local or using ride-sharing apps, though coverage can vary.
