The different dishes they had for the spring collection were spectacular with great presentation and arrangements. Everyone at the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. The different flavors along with the wine pairings made it a memorable dining experience - the sea bass, mussels and the lamb were my top three favorite dishes. The card they give you at the end describing each of the dishes and the picture with the amazing chefs were definitely the cherry on top. Worth the price and experience 👌 We had seen reviews of Boragó on TripAdvisor and "best places to eat" in Santiago. We were not disappointed. Each course was varied, interesting and surprising, as well as very tasty. Each course was served by a team member who explained it to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and it was the dining highlight of our visit to Chile. A great experience. Thanks to all the team who made it possible. Wow, what a great dinner! Every dish was so creative and interesting and had a story and connection to a different part of Chile. Loved almost every one. 1 or 2 out of the 12 didn’t give me that wow feeling, but that’s ok, cause the ones that did were truly special in all the right ways…and when you’re doing things this creative, there are bound to be a few that are good but not yet great. Service was excellent, wine was lovely, ambiance was simple but pleasant. Would definitely come back for another go next time I’m in Santiago.

We had seen reviews of Boragó on TripAdvisor and "best places to eat" in Santiago. We were not disappointed. Each course was varied, interesting and surprising, as well as very tasty. Each course was served by a team member who explained it to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and it was the dining highlight of our visit to Chile. A great experience. Wow, what a great dinner! Every dish was so creative and interesting and had a story and connection to a different part of Chile. Loved almost every one. 1 or 2 out of the 12 didn’t give me that wow feeling, but that’s ok, cause the ones that did were truly special in all the right ways…and when you’re doing things this creative, there are bound to be a few that are good but not yet great. Service was excellent, wine was lovely, ambiance was simple but pleasant. Would definitely come back for another go next time I’m in Santiago.

Outrageously creative. Provocative flavors. Having dinner at Boragó is like experiencing a Rachmaninoff symphony. Everything is choreographed expertly from the service to the cadence of the courses. No loud conversations or distractions. We skipped the wine pairing in favor of a juice pairing which was superb. Must visit if you’re in Santiago!
