We visited The Singular Restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service was truly world-class, attentive, warm, and professional, while the food was simply excellent, with every dish perfectly executed and beautifully presented. The ambiance added an extra touch of sophistication to the evening. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an elegant fine dining experience in Santiago We went for brunch at the rooftop bar/restaurant. Lovely table outside. Plenty and delicious food. Expensive yes. But worth every penny. Rocio took good care of us. She was so delightful explaining everything super good that we would go again just because of her. After saying to a waitress Rocio about the drink is too spicy and we can’t drink it. She just replied it was written spicy in a menu. No other solutions were offered, not friendly at all. And asked in the end: “any tips you would like to add to the check”? Of course no, such a bad experience. Visited today on 2d of May in the evening. Location is good and the view.

We went for brunch at the rooftop bar/restaurant. Lovely table outside. Plenty and delicious food. Expensive yes. But worth every penny. Rocio took good care of us. She was so delightful explaining everything super good that we would go again just because of her.

We had a wonderful dinner experience at the restaurant. Mirko was so kind and had great recommendations. He spoke English very well and described everything perfectly. The food was presented beautifully and tasted incredible. We were especially surprised by how much food we received for the price. Overall it was a 5-star experience!

The view from the terrace is perfect and so was the service. The food here is very tasty. It’s definitely a must try in Santiago. I recommend to make a reservation ahead of time because after 6pm they get pretty busy and they won’t accept walk ins.
