Best place for a good breakfast and a really good environment.

I tried a new spot for me in Piantini and was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, but what truly made this lunch unforgettable was my wonderful companion—a meal to remember, in more ways than one. That said, I was a bit surprised to find the restaurant almost empty during lunchtime. Given the lack of a crowd, the long wait for our food felt unexpected. However, once our dishes arrived, all was forgiven—the Pasta Amatriciana was perfectly balanced with just the right touch of smokiness, and the Mushroom Risotto was rich, creamy, and full of depth. Overall, a great experience, though I hope their service speed improves. Would I go back? Absolutely—but maybe not if I’m in a rush.

I have been coming to the Santo Domingo for 11 years and have eaten breakfast at many restaurants. I must say that Julieta Brasserie had the best prepared the best tasting breakfast of all of the places that I ever been in the city. One day I was searching for a new place to have breakfast and came upon this wonderful place. The very friendly staff attended to me well and provided amazing service. I loved Julieta Brasserie so much, I ate breakfast there every day during my last week in Santo Domingo. It is now my favorite breakfast restaurant in the whole world. I will be returning to Santo Domingo many times I will be certain to eat breakfast here every morning.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Julieta Brasserie! The restaurant's prime location in a safe and upscale area, close to the mall, made it the perfect spot for any occasion. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the attentive staff provided top-notch service throughout my visit. Whether dining indoors or outdoors, the pleasant atmosphere added to the overall charm. I highly recommend Julieta Brasserie for a wide range of occasions, from birthdays and work lunches to romantic dinners. Plus, the availability of WiFi made it convenient, and the menu is perfect for both casual meals and special celebrations.

Nice vibrant place. I came out during my trip to Santo Domingo. Had the most delicious Churrasco steak, with vegetables that I have ever had. Great music, dancing throughout, and definitely full of people having a great time. I was forgot to mention that the drinks were also excellent. Truly enjoyed my dinner here.
