I like going to CG and typically have 5 star service. This last dinner the food was very good, atmosphere is always nice, good vibe, but service was not in line with the price you pay. Slow, not very responsive, had to track down server for simple things like butter for the bread and napkins. Kind of come to expect a bit more on the service side for the prices you are paying.

Love the warm yet sophisticated vibe every time l walk into The Capital Grille. Skipped their famous steak today because we came for the burger and wine pairing Happy Hour menu -- I ordered the Wagyu Mushroom & Swiss Burger, and it is absolutely delicious! The Cheesesteak is a bit fluffy, unlike the dense New York style, but was good coupling with fresh berries. Service was good.

The front staff is amazing. They make it a point to remember you and make you feel welcome. They really start off the experience as a restaurant with exceptional customer service. I gave the food a 4 star only because I didnt like the prime rib sandwich that much. It was too fatty for my taste but i dont think there was anything wrong with it.

We went there for our wedding anniversary for lunch. Gio was our waiter and he did a beautiful job of helping us celebrate our special day. He even took a picture of us with a camera, printed it and put it in a card. There were anniversary hearts on the table and at the end champagne and a small cheesecake and chocolate cake. We picked the right place to celebrate our special day. They did a beautiful job helping us celebrate. The ambience was perfect. I especially enjoyed the butternut squash apple soup the most. It was delicious.
