We stayed 4 days in Seville and all days ate at Billys. The food here is sooo good so tasty. The pancakes here are the best pancakes i have ever tried, definitely a must try. The portions are very large, so if you eat at Billy you will not be hungry up until dinner. The service also on point, the staff is so nice, helpful and always smiling. The prices are very good, given that the portions are large the price is fair. The menu has a variety of food, we tried a few dishes and all of them very very tasty. I definitely recommend this place, and definitely eating there when going back to Seville.

Billy Brunch is a gem that instantly transports me to a New York City brunch scene. I love the concept, it's vibrant, energetic, and the atmosphere is full of life. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and there's truly something on the menu for everyone. The drinks are just as enjoyable and complement the dishes perfectly. I haven’t tried their pancakes yet, but they’re definitely on my list for next time. It’s such a great spot overall! Just a heads-up: it can get busy, so I recommend going early to avoid the long lines. Service was also a amazing, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend checking it out!

We had breakfast at Billy Brunch — eggs benedict with salmon and an omelette with cheese on toast, both delicious and well prepared. The fresh orange juice was excellent. I also tried the detox juice (beetroot, ginger, pineapple) but it was disappointing — far too sweet and didn’t taste 100% fresh. The waiter explained they use fresh beetroot and ginger which I didn’t detect , but the pineapple was industrial, which really changed the flavor. I mentioned that a detox should be natural; he agreed but pointed out it is not mentioned fresh in the menu 🙈. The Moroccan tea was lovely and the cortado was nicely made. Overall, cozy spot, good food, nice service, but the detox juice needs improvement.

I gave myself a bit of time before writing this review. Let’s start with the only downside: I wish I could tell this directly to one of the waiters and the cook — what ears don’t hear, eyes can see. Next time you talk badly about a customer (especially when they’re right behind you), be smarter and wait until they’re gone. That really ruined part of the experience, even though everything started off great. That’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Now the good part: I’ve eaten here twice. The first time was amazing — the staff were lovely and welcoming. The second time, Nicole, who took my order, was really sweet and kind. She was genuinely sorry when I told her what happened with her two coworkers — a very professional and caring attitude. The food and drinks are great! The first time, despite the line outside and the fact that I was eating alone, I never felt rushed (which is rare and definitely appreciated). That alone makes the wait totally worth it. Don’t miss this place — go enjoy a beautiful, tasty brunch! The portion sizes are generous and satisfying.

Had brunch here and overall it was a good experience. The service was quick and the waiters were friendly and responsive — we didn’t have to wait long. The food was tasty and well presented. I personally didn’t love the pancakes; they were a bit dry and quite large for my taste, even though they look really nice. But everything else we tried was really nice. Cozy spot with a trendy vibe, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or brunch.
