Kudos to Chef Peter Rollinson for accommodating and creating a bespoke menu to meet our dietary restrictions. Attentive service by Bing and Juan. Thanks to Cherry and Sourav for organising the lovely birthday surprise as well. Unique ambience with windows overlooking the streets and fine dining style setting. Food was good especially the sous vide lamb shoulder rack and desert. Chicken was slightly rubbery though. Attended a Penfolds wine event which was fantastic at Flutes. Smallish stylish restaurant. Degustation 4 course menu with optional crab pasta. Food was interesting and well presented but was not exceptional in taste. Service was excellent. Nice atmosphere.

Unique ambience with windows overlooking the streets and fine dining style setting. Food was good especially the sous vide lamb shoulder rack and desert. Chicken was slightly rubbery though. Attended a Penfolds wine event which was fantastic at Flutes.

Smallish stylish restaurant. Degustation 4 course menu with optional crab pasta. Food was interesting and well presented but was not exceptional in taste. Service was excellent. Nice atmosphere.

Would not consider this a fine dining establishment. “Service” from wait staff is deplorable. Specifically from a one named Juan. This person lacks the presence of mind to wait tables at a so called fine dining restaurant. He was rude and dishonest. Completely spoilt our evening. Food wise was ok. But coming to such a venue, the dining experience must be more holistic.

Had an OKAY experience at Flutes. The ambience is elegant and serene — perfect for a relaxed meal or special occasion. The service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout. The standout dish for me was the salt and pepper fish wing — crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, complemented perfectly by the tartare sauce. Absolutely delicious! The beef tip tir, while cooked well and nicely plated, could be improved in terms of flavor depth and balance — it felt like it was missing that final touch to tie everything together. Overall, a great place with thoughtful presentation and quality ingredients.
