Visita à Roça Monte Café, a única plantação da variedade de café arábica na Ilha, onde terá a oportunidade de ver todas as etapas de transformação deste grão no museu de café. Visita à Jardim Botánico, cascata São Nocolau. Um almoço típico (sem bebidas) será servido na Roça Saudade(Roça onde nasceu o Almada Negreiro). Regresso ao hotel.

Then you will visit the Museum of Coffee at Monte Cafe plantation and meet with the team of Efraim, a young Santomean company, which aims at exporting 100% organic coffee. Depending on the schedule, you may have lunch or start directly the visit of Efraim´workshop . The journey ends in São Tomé Capital, at the Pereira Duarte shop for a tasting of home-roasted coffee.
