Lovely meal here, while staying in the hotel. It's a sophisticated place, but we wanted something simple after a very long day travelling. We enjoyed a light fish soup to start, and then the black cuttlefish risotto and the beef ragu. All the dishes were excellent, and accompanied by some fresh bread with good olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sea salt. The waitress deserves a special mention, as she took the time to explain all the food to us, and checked in regularly. Made for a relaxing evening after a busy day!

Triton is a gem tucked away inside Radisson Blu — conveniently located and easy to find, just a short stroll from the old city. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between casual and refined, making it a great spot whether you’re stopping by for dinner with friends or a relaxed evening meal after exploring the city. What stood out immediately was the service. The waiters were not only friendly but genuinely knowledgeable. They knew the menu inside out, offered excellent wine pairings, and were happy to explain details about the dishes without any rush or pretence. That kind of confidence and warmth from the staff makes a big difference and really adds to the dining experience. Now, the food — simply exceptional. The steak was the highlight of the evening, cooked to absolute perfection. Tender, juicy, and seasoned just right, it arrived exactly as ordered. Every bite reflected attention to detail and real skill from the kitchen. The rest of the meal carried the same standard, but the surprise of the night was the pumpkin seed ice cream — unusual, rich, and subtly nutty, it rounded off the meal beautifully. The Grk wine recommended by our waiter was another standout — smooth, aromatic, and a perfect companion to the steak(Might not be everyone’s choice as it is a white wine). It’s clear the staff take pride not only in their food but also in curating a thoughtful wine selection. If there’s one small disappointment, it’s the condition of the menus. They were a bit worn out and damaged, which doesn’t match the otherwise polished feel of the restaurant. It’s a minor detail, but one that the management could easily fix with fresh menus to complete the excellent overall impression. All in all, Triton delivers an outstanding dining experience — excellent food, attentive service, and a relaxed setting. With just a little attention to the small details, it could be one of the best spots in Split.

Had a fantastic fresh catch of John Dory fish. Prepared table side with removing the bones which was a nice touch. Also had a lovely Croatian wine similar in nature to a Bordeaux that was incredible. Service was excellent and the blue crab salad, scallops and langostines were outstanding!

Amazing experience! Food was delicious, staff very professional but approachable, and the view even better:) Loved the ambiente with a touch of jazz. I would definitely recommend
