Best place we found during our week in St Lucia for authentic Caribbean food! Caroline is an amazing cook and great character. Would recommend to anyone visiting Marigot Bay Sister Sister with Caroline in Marigot Bay was my absolute favourite dining experience in all of St. Lucia. We had 4 meals with her and every single one was a deliciously authentic St. Lucian dish. The ingredients were all fresh and prepared especially for us; there was a wonderful variety of local produce and wonderfully seasoned fish or meat. The food was always hot and on top of this she was such a gracious host. I highly recommend you make at least one stop here while in the area. Chef Caroline is so wonderful! Sister Sister with Caroline in Marigot Bay was my absolute favourite dining experience in all of St. Lucia. We had 4 meals with her and every single one was a deliciously authentic St. Lucian dish. The ingredients were all fresh and prepared especially for us; there was a wonderful variety of local produce and wonderfully seasoned fish or meat. The food was always hot and on top of this she was such a gracious host. I highly recommend you make at least one stop here while in the area.

Chef Caroline is so wonderful! She is an amazing human with lots of love to give and delicious food to share! Her juices are refreshing, delicious, and freshly homemade. Her food was to die for and I’m so excited to come again. She has a green trailer that she sells out of. Highly recommend! Super local and super authentic. You won’t regret it!!!

Alright, I thought it was an exaggeration by the previous reviews which said this was the best meal they had on St. Lucia. Well, it's not an exaggeration: Chef Caroline's food was the best we had on St. Lucia. The food was flavorful and freshly made. It was so good we had lunch, dinner, and two sandwiches during a three day stay. You can also place an order for a meal at another time and Chef Caroline will make it for you. For comparison, we went to: The Villa (tastes good but overpriced), Duke's (conch lambi was good), Martha's Table (can't recommend it), Ti Manje (surprisingly better than I thought it would be), Hurricane Hole (can't recommend it), and Treetop (a fun dinner).

We ate here twice during our stay in Marigot Bay. Chef Caroline is such a great person to talk to and she provided great food. The dalie was so tasty! Don't drive past the green trailer - stop and eat.
