Bartender told us "If you want a drink that you have had somewhere else and had a name let it stay there. You tell me the spirit you want and sweet/spicy/creamy/etc... and I will make you something special" I asked for sweet rum and my wife said "how about everything" and we received two amazing drinks...

One of the best meals I've ever had. Greated to the restaurant with complementary rum punches. Menu was fixed with 3 appetizers, 3 main course items, and 3 desserts. Every single item was amazing. Bartender told us "If you want a drink that you have had somewhere else and had a name let it stay there. You tell me the spirit you want and sweet/spicy/creamy/etc... and I will make you something special" I asked for sweet rum and my wife said "how about everything" and we received two amazing drinks. Dinner at 5:30 provided an amazing sunset view of the pitons. Dinner was pricey ($150 ish USD for two people) but a highlight of our stay in Sufriére.

One of our best meals in St Lucia. Service was excellent from start to finish - everyone we interacted with was so friendly. Especially loved Kevin’s cocktails. Food was incredible. My husband who typically does not like tasting menus (as he’s often still hungry) even loved this - portions were generous, everything was so flavorful. And that view!

This was by far my favorite dining experience on the island. I would consider this a must-do experience while in St. Lucia. The service was top notch, the views were stunning, and the food was incredible. There is no set cocktail menu- the drinks are custom made based on your mood and the flavor profiles you want to experience. The whole dinner felt customized to our preferences. If you do not stop here for dinner, you will be missing out!

I can't say enough great things about this place. Food and drinks were phenomenal but the staff made the experience superb! I was greeted with a smile and literally everyone there looked like they loved what they were doing, which immediately made the atmosphere so much lighter and more fun! I got lucky to be seated at one of their best tables with a lovely view of the pitons. Overall, great experience and yummy food!

This was a great experience but we were a bit disappointed by the food. The welcome drink was amazing but then we were not told that the second personalized drink would cost us $50 USD on top of an already expensive meal. We thought the appetizers outshined the meal as they were perfect but we felt the taste was off in the chicken and lamb. Overall the view and service was incredible but I did feel like we missed out on local cuisine by falling into a tourist trap.
