We had an extraordinary gastronomic experience at Alize. This quaint, tastefully decorated restaurant, provided us with a memorable experience. The service was spectacular, the food was memorable combining local and international flare. Furthermore, the cocktails made by Veronique, one of the top mixologists of the island, combined balance, flavor and originality! My wife and I are world travelers with culinary experiences from all over the world and this restaurant is at the very very top.

Ready for the big time? Check this sleeper out on the harbor. This is 5 star all around. I would put food quality in my top 20 in the world and I am very well traveled and wellvfeed (with a matching waist line). Just go. Relax, have a cocktail or two, move to a table and work your way through the menu, slowly, savor it!

Unreal experience!! We visit Alizé SXM on Valentine’s Day, they had a special set menu (3 courses) the food was fantastic. They also had a guy play the guitar and a lady singing, it was beautiful and wasn’t too loud, so you could listen to the music and still have a decent conversation. Fantastic wines to choose from. The staff were incredible.

We stopped in for lunch. We had duck breast salad and pesto Alfredo pasta. All very good. Veronica was also exceptional. Rebuilding seems to be going slowly. But the ships and restaurants that are open are carrying on in the Marigot style.

The pictures speak for themselves: "La bonne cuisine française, sous les Caraïbes." J'adore!! Attention to detail: The menu is for every taste, you can rearrange it, if you have an intolerance. The restaurant is decorated with taste, the bathroom super tidy and clean. The staff friendly and helpfull. You can sit, relax enjoy a nice evening. The coktail mistral is my favorit so far. And prepared, dans les règles de l'art.merci à la team.
