Hidden gem in St Martin with the best food. Everything from the appetizers to the steak, pasta, fish we had was delicious 10/10. You really cant go wrong with anything that you order. The staff and owner were very welcoming and explained the menu throughly. We came back twice during our stay, and will definitely come back the next time!

What makes this place so cool isn’t just the creative dishes and absolutely amazing flavors, but the OWNER. Such a cool guy. My husband and I enjoyed talking to him. It’s this kind of establishment that you want to support because of the people behind it. The egg and pumpkin appetizer we had was hands down, one of the best things we ate on the island. Awesome place.

Best dinner in Saint Martin! Was recommended this restaurant by a friend and decided to have a Thursday night dinner here. Glad we did. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeting by very warm and welcoming staff. The staff all make it clear that they truly care about your experience there. Our server was Margeaux, however the other employees such as Elof also checked in on us. They all were so friendly and attentive. Before we ordered our meals, the owner of the restaurant: Alex, came to our table and explained every dish on the menu to us.. in detail. A very nice experience, this added an extra touch of care and personality to the whole experience. He made it feel as if we were at home. The food was to die for and the service was unbeatable. We ordered the Ribeye of Black Pearl & the Simmental filet mignon. Both steaks just melted in your mouth. The mashed potatoes and the peppercorn sauce for the meat is a must! Had the crème brûlée & upside down apple pie for dessert, both were also very delicious. Definitely on the pricier side but 100% worth it. No doubt we will return here during our next visit of Saint Martin.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our first experience at L'Atelier. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very welcoming. It is clear the owner, Alex, has put in a lot of time and thoughtful effort curating an ambiance and mood that is casual but also refined. And the food is nothing short of spectacular. We loved the goat cheese paired with the black olive jam and bread. For our main course, we shared the chateaubriand filet mignon--tender, juicy, and full of flavour. I highly recommend L'Atelier to anyone who appreciates fine dining and a friendly atmosphere.
