Nobu is honestly my favourite spot ever! The sushi is always so fresh and perfectly prepared. I love the veggie temaki, and of course, the crispy rice — both tuna and salmon are incredible, I honestly can’t pick a favourite. The edamame is cooked to perfection, and the wagyu skewers are definitely one of the highlights of the meal. The desserts are simply a work of art — beautiful, delicious, and the perfect way to finish. Watching the chefs in action is such a treat too; it’s not just about the food, it’s part of the whole experience and makes dining here even more special. Nobu never fails to impress and is absolutely one of my all-time favourite dining experiences! I had an incredible experience at NOBU! The atmosphere is really cosy, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my meal. The food was outstanding—especially the tuna, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Even the small details were carefully considered and truly delightful. The service was excellent as well. The staff were friendly, prompt, and eager to explain the menu or recommend sake pairings. It never felt rushed; the experience was genuinely pleasant. Overall, this place is a gem. With great food, wonderful people, and a vibe that makes you want to return, I highly recommend it if you’re craving fresh, high-quality Japanese cuisine! They also had a nice touch making us a special dessert presentation for our honeymoon. We loved it Great kaiseki course, beautiful wine pairings, 5 star top notch service and beautiful ambience. NOBU Tokyo has a relaxed atmosphere—you don’t need to keep your voice down like in some other Japanese restaurants. We ordered the 18,000 yen set menu: seven courses, generous portions, and everything tasted great. Not many locals around, but for my Chinese + American palate, this was a perfect meal.

We went here for lunch on our first trip to Japan. Great place also big enough to have larger groups. Food was fresh and beautiful and service was 5 diamond worthy. Highly recommend this restaurant. It’s not a cheaper place. It’s a fine place.
