Coming here is nostalgia from childhood. The vibe is great. So much to look out. We went on a Saturday night and there were birthdays non stop. We sat in the train which was kool. Our waiter Mark was awesome. He was so friendly and patient and accommodating. The serving staff are definitely run off their feet at the flow of people is non stop, they handle it very well. My friend had the factory ravioli which she liked but we did notice the size difference between hers and mine and hers was more money but less. I had the managers favorite where you can try 2 and I had the meat sauce and the mizithra cheese/brown butter. I really liked the mizithra pasta and would order that one again. I could pass on the meat sauce. It was just ok, for me it was a more tomato/acidic type sauce and like the meat didn't really have any flavour. With meat sauce I would more prefer a rich sweeter sauce than acidic. This one is almost like the meat and the sauce are 2 separate entities yet are mixed. The bread and butter spread is nice. The salad was just ok. I think its a bit on the small side and the lettuce just seemed limp and not crispy, like it had been sitting in the dressing for some time. I had the house Italian dressing which was nice. And we both had the spumoni ice cream which was good. I actually might have ordered off the desert menu but our waiter forgot to mention there was one lol. I sae lots of fabulous looking deserts going by after we were finished so I asked. The deserts are all $10 and had some nice options like tirimisu and creme brule etc. I would definitely have one next time. For a drink I had a pina Colorado mock tail which was $6. It was good. So overall I would definitely come back. I think for all you get the price is good and even though there was a line up we didn't wait long to be seated. What a great experience! The restaurant's decor was wonderful, filled with vintage memorabilia that made for a lot of great photo opportunities. The food was just as impressive. The dinner roll with garlic butter was absolutely amazing, and the main courses were delicious and very generous in portion size. While the salad was just okay, the friendly and helpful staff more than made up for it. While it was a little pricey, the amount of food you receive makes it well worth it. The environment is suitable for the whole family. The décor looks like a playground, which is quite unique. The whole place has a nostalgic, old-school dining style. It’s famous for its pasta, but I think the pasta is just average. The sauce isn’t very rich, but overall it’s okay. The service is decent but they seem short-staffed — the dessert took a long time to arrive. Overall, I’d give the food 70 out of 100.

First of all, I have been wanting to come here for several months and I finally made it! It was absolutely worth the wait! The inside of the restaurant is absolutely jaw dropping. My server Adam was absolutely delightful. He was attention, polite, joyful, and made wonderful suggestions also our meal. He was the perfect blend of being available and not hovering. The food was absolutely 11/11. I had spaghetti with meatballs, it was a perfect classic. The homemade butter and dressing set off my bread and salad. To top off the night they have 5$ dessert cakes AND everyone gets free ice cream. I mean come on…. If you are in Toronto, do yourself a favor and come check out this restaurant.

This place is nice. It’s a relaxed environment. There’s fun stuff to look at everywhere! Our server was patient as we asked how they they clean the top of the stained glass 😂. Service was good, our kids can be easily bored at restaurants, but they enjoyed this place. The price point was good and the food was nice. I wish I’d gotten our server’s name, she was super cool. I promised her a one-star yelp review in jest, but truly this was a good trip! Walking distance to our hotel… maybe 20 minute stroll, in a nice area.
