⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Blue Water Bistro was hands-down the best place we spent money on during our time in Turks and Caicos! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Our waiter, Hector, was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. You could tell he really cared about our experience. The food was phenomenal. The lobster was cooked to perfection, the rum cake was pure heaven (seriously a must-try), and the cappuccino was the perfect finish to the meal—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. Parking was a breeze, and unlike some places, every staff member we encountered truly seemed to appreciate our business and cared that we were there. That level of hospitality really stood out. This spot sets the bar high—can’t recommend it enough! This is a wonderful restaurant. It is located right on the beach. We had dinner reservations at 630, so we were there for an amazing sunset. In addition to the amazing atmosphere, the food was delicious. The costal cooler was a delicious gin cocktail . The calamari appetizer was quite good and different from the typical calamari in terms of presentation. The mahi mahi was amazing. The rum cake and flourless chocolate cake were delicious for dessert. I would highly recommend this for a nice night out if visiting Turks and Caicos. We were in Turks and Caicos for a week and we were disappointed by every restaurant we tried, except for this one. They clearly had a great chef who paid attention to details. Every food we ordered was very tasty (we shared). I loved the tacos, specially the lobster tacos, and the cheesecake. It was right on the beach and you could see the water. Perfect location. The service was perfect too. The server was the most polite and the nicest restaurant staff we met during our trip. Everything about this restaurant was great. It was pricey (I've attached the bill) – but everything on this island is. At least this one was for something good quality. We were 4 adults and a kid.

We are staying at Wymara and on our first night we decided to stay on the property for dinner and it was amazing! The ambience was everything you could ask for on a tropical getaway. Outdoor beach seating, perfect weather, and a singer that was amazing that played all through dinner and stayed later while enjoyed drinks at the bar. All the food that came out looked delicious. We were travel weary and just did drinks and the nachos (hit the spot). We are planning another night there with steak and seafood which was the predominant part of the menu. Highly recommend!!

We loved this restaurant and ate here a bunch of times for lunch. The food is similar in price to other restaurants we tried but the service and selections are top notch with fresh seafood and sandwiches made with homemade bread. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well. The beach view can’t be beat and the ambiance is classy and elegant. Cocktails cost as much as the entrees so we skipped on those but the desserts are well worth it.
