My fiance and I had the pleasure of dining at Terra-Mar and we were absolutely blown away by the service, food quality, and ambiance. The intimate setting is unique and it is truly a once in a lifetime culinary experience. Having each dish meticulously prepared in front of you, along with an explaination of the components and the wine paired with each course truly enhanced the already incredible evening. I cannot recommend Chef Julien and his team enough. Terra-Mar delivered on all aspects in what is most likely the greatest dining experience my fiance and I have ever had. We are excited to dine here again in the future and would encourage everyone to do so! Chef Clayton and Sommelier Shawn created an unforgettable dining experience that delighted every sense. Grateful for the incredible craftsmanship and care that went into every detail. In one word: PERFECT. The food was insane out of this world otherworldly good. Truly a unique chef tasting experience. Similar to Omakase. Only 2 seatings a night. We suggest the 6pm seating. Chef Clayton is a true gentleman and an artist with food. Flavors are exquisite and the wine pairing was spectacular. $135 for a seating is worth every penny. A must do culinary masterpiece in Turks !

An unforgettable culinary experience—the best on the island! Chef Clayton curates a masterful seven-course meal, each dish thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented. Terra Mar is a true celebration of land and sea, and the chef harmoniously blends both with incredible finesse. With only 16 seats, the setting is intimate and personal, making every guest feel special. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed. A must-try for any food lover!
