My parents bought a couple of coupons for the set menu and invited us out. Apparently, they’re only redeemable on Sundays and Mondays. Before we arrived, my parents also ordered a few appetizers from the Happy Hour menu — the prawn ceviche and Humboldt calamari. They hadn’t realized the calamari was already included in the set menu, and the server didn’t mention it. Both dishes were fine, and the child especially enjoyed the calamari. The starter was a chilled seafood platter, which was mostly good. I wasn’t a fan of the mussels, but the seafood was fresh overall. The appetizer, as mentioned, was the Humboldt calamari — the child’s favourite. For the main course, we had prime NY steak, seafood fried rice, and gratin dauphinoise potatoes. The steak was drenched in sauce and overly salty, though the texture was fine — tender with a bit of chew. It would have been better with the sauce served on the side; a good steak shouldn’t need to be smothered in sauce. The accompanying crab and lobster béarnaise was unpleasant — I nearly spat it out, though thankfully there wasn’t much of it. The seafood fried rice was far too wet; good fried rice should be dry. The flavour itself was fine. The potatoes were good — you could definitely taste the truffle. We appreciated that the manager stopped by at the end of the meal to ask how everything was. He picked up on my hesitant “fine,” asked for honest feedback, and graciously waived the Happy Hour dishes — a thoughtful gesture.

We had a fantastic family dinner here! From the moment we walked in, our server Charlie went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even with a little one. Charlie offered great recommendations throughout the meal. The food was delicious — full of flavour and beautifully presented — and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We left full, happy and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an unforgettable meal!

I recently dined at this restaurant for our anniversary, and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, with every dish showing real care and skill. Lucie was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere that made the whole evening even more enjoyable (thank you for being so nice). The space was clean, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful brunch experience! Our server Lauren was lovely, with attentive and quick service. We received complimentary smoothies and cinnamon donuts which were delicious, and then got $12 eggs Benedict’s which were wonderful. We recommend the Parmesan potatoes and the sausage as sides, they were both cooked perfectly! We will surely be back

We had an absolutely incredible time at Glowbal, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Amir. From the moment we sat down, Amir made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. He struck the perfect balance between being professional, personable, and attentive without ever being overbearing. Amir’s recommendations were spot on, you could tell he really knew the menu and wanted us to have the best possible experience. Every dish he suggested was fantastic, and his timing throughout the meal was flawless. What truly stood out, though, was his genuine warmth and enthusiasm, he made the evening feel special, not just like another dinner out. Thanks to Amir, the entire experience at Glowbal was seamless, memorable, and full of good vibes. We’ll definitely be back and we’ll be asking for Amir!
