Where is the 10 star option please. This was such an amazing dining experience. We found this wonderful restaurant through the recommendation of our hotel concierge. From the warm welcome into the restaurant to the food - every dish hit the spot. I enjoyed the olive bread so much I had more bread than I usually would. Wish we had a bigger stomach for dessert!! It’s a reason to return :)

The restaurant is located beautifully and the staff are very welcoming and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was quite mediocre and not worth the price. My pasta with tomatoes and shrimp and my mom’s lasagne were both under-seasoned and nothing special. Not terrible, but there are definitely much better and more memorable places to eat in Venice. Feels a bit like a tourist trap.

We were a group of 16 people having lunch here, and it was fantastic! The weather was sunny, and sitting outside made the experience even better. The square is quiet and not too crowded, which makes it a lovely and relaxing spot. I had the spaghetti al nero di seppia, which was excellent – generous portion, fresh ingredients, and full of authentic Venetian flavor. Prices are fair for the quality, but note there is a €5 coperto (service charge) per person. Overall, a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful meal in the heart of Venice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious food in a beautiful Venetian setting We visited Ristorante Sant’Angelo on our last night in Venice – and we’re a bit sad we discovered this Italian gem so late in our trip! The food was absolutely delicious (we had beef and lasagna), and the service was quick, friendly, and full of charm. Despite being busy, the staff still took time for a chat and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere, both inside and outside, was authentically Italian and full of character. The special fried potatoes were a surprising highlight – crispy, tasty, and a nice change after several days of pasta. We totally recommend this place and would definitely come back on our next visit to Venice!

The calamari and ravioli were phenomenal. The seafood spaghetti was also delicious. The drinks were a generous size and very tasty. Great service and many excellent complimentary dishes.
