Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab

My family and I had an excellent experience at Joe’s steak and seafood restaurant. Our server was attentive and made the evening very enjoyable. I ordered the sea bass and had Joe’s chopped salad to go with it. The glaze on the sea bass just made the dish that much better. Others in my party had the New York strip steak. Both were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We also shared some asparagus, sautéed mushrooms, and the lobster mac & cheese. The asparagus seemed under cooked (it was a little hard) but all of the other sides were perfect. For dessert, we shared a slice of the Chocolate Fudge Pie, The Boston Cream Pie, and the Key Lime pie. I didn’t care much for the Chocolate Fudge Pie but the Key Lime Pie was simply amazing and I highly recommend it. The atmosphere was elegant, with the staff dressed sharply, though the restaurant was a little on the loud side. We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and were seated right away without any wait, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience.

Came for a quick afternoon pre dinner snack. The service was excellent, and the food was deliciously prepared. I requested a seed oil-free option, and they happily prepared my perfectly cooked Madagascar shrimp along with a fresh salad plus menage. I'm still dreaming about that meal! We also enjoyed the Shrimp Cobb Salad, which was delightful. Additionally, they offered a complimentary bread basket with butter.

It's an elegant yet casual restaurant. From the warm bread they bring to the table and the variety of options, the food is a feast for the palate. The lobster bisque is unparalleled, and the service is prompt and attentive. Definitely a return visit.

I have visited Joe”s multiple times and hands down they have the best staff. Very welcoming and friendly. My food this time was ok, I had the Seafood Chopped Salad and Lobster Mac and Cheese. My sister had the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, they were delicious. I will definitely return and try something else, they have a lot to offer. My biggest complaint was the sconce at our table needed to be cleaned. We addressed with our waiter, so hopefully she passed it along.

This restaurant delivers every time in every single one of their locations! We have tried them all. The experience at Joe’s was top tier— the ambiance the energy there are conducive to a good dining experience. Our server, Patrick was incredibly professional, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He made our dining experience memorable. He checked in regularly and he was very personable and funny, he puts the serve in service! The food was another highlight, talk about the presentation, the flavor, the portions and the price, everything was perfect! I especially appreciated how the team worked together to make dining memorable- once used, the utensils were replaced with cleaner ones, and someone always quickly removes crumbs from the table, like magic! plan to return soon. Eating at Joe’s is dining done right! We returned as promised ( 2 days later) and everything was super consistent! Again Patrick was our server and again he delivered on our expectations, and yet again the food was stellar!We have never experienced such attention to details and service at such a high caliber in any restaurant. I truly hope that the ‘ powers that be’ understand the importance of the role Patrick, and others, play in his/ her dining establishment, especially since competition in the food industry is so rife. Patrick is a gem! As you well know, customer service can make the difference for any service business. Patrick clearly mastered the art of customer service , which proved why we returned so soon. Great food excellent service! If you have not yet visited Joe’s Seafood,Prime Steak & Stone Crab, you must, and when you do request Patrick as your server. You will have the best dining experience!
